Also, do some homework on the aggressors. Check out their killboards for ideas as to what they fly. EVE Who for their roster, watch list em if you can. Run locates on the online ones. Sharpen your machete, look for a weak spot, and put the tongs to them.
Be the scary thing under the bed, or at least have fun trying to be.

If you can drop a few frozen corpses at your corpmates' feet when they come back then that would be sublime.
If it turns out they have numbers on you and a healthy board full of kills, make them chase you. It can be fun for the both of you.
I just don't like 'hiding' that much.

Just an idea.

For watch listing them may i suggest http://eve-tools.com/ using the in game browser. It has an auto add feature Big smile

And yah for the sake of teaching a half dozen people how to not be scared of wardecs ill go up agaisnt anybody for a couple of days :P. hell i think marmite assisted against my current corp... hmm. I normally avoid fighting them as a rule while im taking a break but for the sake of teaching ill forsake that rule. probably die for my efforts but thats ok as long as a bunch of others had some fun with me. I prefer targets that keep me on my toes to the ones that i can literally breeze through their home system with 12 in local and have no fear my lone t3 will encounter trouble

Thanks. Flew around for a couple hours looking for WTs last night, found none. Found no corp members online anywhere either. I'm not trolling I'm just frustrated with not having found a good fit for my playstyle.

Well, OP, I'm sure a lot of the folks posting here would love to have you join their corp, because you get it.

If I wasn't hip deep in the World of Warships Closed Beta I'd hire you, but I am, so there it is.

If you can't find a corp you like, I recommend Brave Newbies (cuz they take anybody). They have a nullsec presence so you can go on down and find out what null-life is all about. They also shoot stuff and blow up a lot.

And if you absolutely have too......you can always join The Uni.

Just don't expect to pvp a lot with them. In their defense, you CAN learn a lot about most aspects of the game with them.

Red vs Blue is another bunch of cool guys to hook up with, and you will definitely learn some pvp skills, especially in the fine art of Frigate Fu.

Everything in EVE is a trap.

And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)

Thanks for that.

I was in E-Uni for a month. Learned the basics but you're right, not much PvP. Thanks for the tips on where to look. I was thinking Pandemic Horde or RvB.

So, I log back in after a week or so of training another character and I find an evemail telling corp members to hide in station or spend time away from EvE because of an active wardec.

I don't quite understand why someone would hide for over a week from another corp/alliance. I'm frustrated by this. I've expressed displeasure with the idea of hiding and it was met with a brick wall. I don't want to quit the corp because the guys are mostly cool but damn.

So, Bad Neighbors, I'll do my best to undock tonight when I get home from work for some gudfights even if no one else will.

It's trivial, my dear Watson. Evading wardeccs is a way to achieve victory while outgunned, outnumbered, and outskilled. It truly is Elite PvP at its finest.

Don't mind Veers. He's a good guy, just not quite right in the head.
The backwards thinkings have been permanently engraved into his brain. We've tried to help him, but he's resistant to all known forms of treatment.
Best to smile and nod and disregard his lunacy.
