How much are we looking at for a 100% perfect revelation toon. It has level 5 in every possible skills useful for a dread.

All armor 5
All drone 4
All gunnery 5
All engineering 5
All navigation 5 (excluding AB/MWD)
Amarr dread 5, Capital laser 5
All targeting 5 with advanced target management 4
T2 siege

27 days from sitting in a Titan
24 days from Archon, 27 from other carriers. Once it can fly a carrier, it would be 5 days from training fighters.

The toon only has 1 corp in his history and close to 40m SP.

It's as simple as it is, it's a perfect dread with nice drone skills. Nothing more nothing less.

I'm not sure why we're arguing here. I'd just like a quick estimate, it doesn't even need to be super accurate. I'm not posting the name cause I might keep it.

Character you described is probably worth 18-20b, would have been a little more but revelation is a non-preferential race, where Gallente or Minmatar would have been better. Consider this when considering a cross-train.
