Civilian BPO's on Market?

So, just for curiosity's sake, and I hope I don't sound like a complete newb asking this, but i noticed that in the market listing there are various civilian modules listed, but are there actual bpo's for these? (I am wanting to collect every bpo in-game -see signature-)

Ie. Civilian Damage Control for one, and Civilian cargo expander

I ask because if all these are out there, how do you actually get them? I got a few, like the civilian shield booster and mining drone, but those are the only ones I actually see on market.

In addition to that, is there a list of "retired" bpo's? Like the Mine BPO's which I have gotten 2 of the 4 of now, but I was wondering if there was a list of these out there that have been put out of rotation but are still in-game to those who still have them.

Apart from the T2 BPOs and mine BPOs there are very few BPOs that are retired.

I have made a wikipedia for retired items, but it is still very sketchy, especially for BPOs. But there is this one

Then there are some bpcs that were for certain events. There is for instance the blueprint for the Gold Sculpture, and for the perpetual motion units. You can read a bit about those as well.

Nice site there! That is another one I'm going to have to add on my list there; tho from the looks of it may be hard since it does say that not many of the actual BPO's are still out there.

I know there was BPO's for the ore compression but at the time I never thought to snipe those up. Are those still obtainable? Like the mines, it doesn't actually come up in any searches.

On the chruker page it says they are unpublished.

Also, I do not see them on Entity's list of ingame items. Do you know his list?

Yea, the mine bpo's are on there and says that for them too, and I assume unpublished just means that you can't buy them via npc anymore or shown on market.

I know thoes BPO's existed but I never picked them up :/ I wish I did, but back then I wasn't on this mass hunt for bpo's. heh.

CCP made them useless when they changed up compression.. I hope they are still out there though, I can't find anything on google about them either saying if there were physically removed or not.

Well if Entity owns them then they would be on his lists. And if they were not removed he would own them - that's the usual case.
Which would indicate that they have been removed :)
(but his lists are not too logically organised so maybe I just overlooked them)

His list is pretty impressive tho, I cant imagine trying to own one of every item ingame, I'm just going after all the BPO's. I'm not focusing on the T2 ones, or I'd just be beyond crazy, lol. Anyone who sells them, sells them at insane prices.

They were removed and the NPC price was refunded. I had a lot of them in multiple places and all of them were caught in the purge, I haven't seen any since so you're probably out of luck.

Note that the database contains more than is available to players.

Also, if there is a BPC available of it, there must be a BPO entry for it in the database. However, that doesn't mean the BPO is available to players.

I go by the publicly available API list that I made here:

It only works in-game, but I use that to compare my list with that. Tho that still doesn't include the "unlisted" BPO's (ie. Mines, and whatnot)

Tho I do think I should consider creating something like entity has, just for bpo's though, would be easier to maintain.

As a BPO collector myself ("Gotta catch'em all!"), I'm currently working on obtaining the super-capital BPOs, and I find those a sufficient monetary challenge to keep me busy for a while.

Then there is research time & costs. Example: my ME -10% Rorqual BPO cost 3.5b to research that last point, because OCD.

I have no interest in purchasing T2 BPO, ever.

I hear that, eventually I'd like to get all researched to 10, heh, I know a lot don't need to be that high as it doesn't make a difference, but I must!

I have 2 toons running ME research at the moment capped out, 22 slots, thinking I should train some of of the other alts on my account for more slots or this is going to be a pain, lol.
