Please please PLEASE give us another option apart from the launcher!!!

Please Eve Developers give us another option to Patch the game apart from the launcher.

I used to use the repairtool to download patches and launched the game using the exe file, since the repair tool no longer download and fixes patches I am forced to patch the game using the launcher, the launcher freezes mid download or even sometimes before the download started on 0%

Ive tried all the fixes, cleared the cache, downloaded another launcher, followed all the steps suggested on this forum regarding launcher issues, nothing seems to fix my issue, I have to restart my launcher again and again and again I am not sure how many times every time to get the game patched and working again.

All I ask is give us a link to download the patch manually and import it using the import patch tool please. The patch now is only 12 mb, it will take me seconds to download the patch manually, instead I am forced to struggle with this launcher that keeps freezing mid patch.

Please have mercy on us with poorer internet connections and give us another option to patch.

This is a huge thing for so many people world wide. Given some basic knowledge of IT, coding, and network the overall launcher problems look pretty clear...

- CCP Made the launcher better, more efficient, and faster. I'm sure it's coded much more cleanly.
- Yay for everyone with good internet connections, we download faster, we patch faster, and we can get into the game faster.

However...

- All the people with slower, less reliable internet are now getting timed out, hung, and otherwise stuck with this quicker and less forgiving launcher. This happens to enterprise level roll outs all the time in the business world, testing is great until you look at global connections or connections from slow networks or systems.

Unless you want to lose all these people, you'll want to look at either offering a slower more reliable option within the launcher, or as mentioned above... an offline option so that all the processing and waiting is done LOCAL to their PC.

This is a common mistake made worldwide every single day, but it needs quicker attention than it's getting.
