-20% Cap Capacity On 500md MWD 2's, Too Harsh???

I'm Curious, its quite the nerf to MWD's, totally wrecks my ships capacitor.

It's 20% for T2 that is a 1% difference from the previous meta 2-4 items.

Im faster and I also have an option that gives me 6% more cap stability in the harpy fit mega.

MWD changes are awesome. I now have a reason to fit T2 MWDs on all the things that would normally want one. Also the variation between meta MWDs is now meaningful and allows to select between different option based on fitting needs, rather than meta 4 > all.

I don't think it is really, we should be using afterburners as more of a fighting mod. All mwd should do is use too much cap and move in a strait line fast. Its afterburners that should turn the best and use less cap.
