CCP presumably blocking CREST from Hong Kong

This is at least the second time it's happened, and it's been blocked for over two days. As EPM works from other data centers and everything else works from Hong Kong, it appears to me CCP is doing a poor job dealing with DDOS issues and as a result I've had to spend significant time shifting deployments. Thanks for that.
