Does the character picture update ingame?

Hey,

Hopefully ccp reads this and can answer my question,
I've changed the picture of my avatar a couple of weeks ago using the mirror in my CQ. It shows correctly in EveMon, also here in the forum and ingame in the character info screen, but its not updated in the various ingame chatwindows.
How long does such a change usually take to propagate to the chat window pictures?

Delete your cache.
