Standing display inconsistently at Local and station's Guest

The Local channel can always display the correct standing of a pilot (blee +, blue star etc), while the guest list in station is somehow broken. A few of blue+ or blue star will display as neutral

Tried to clear the ache and re-install, but still having the problem
