I don't find it disgusting to be Stateless; I find it quite freeing, in fact. Also, I've found Pieter quite respectful of my choice to be free of the State that created me. I'm not sure he meant it as a slight, merely as a neutral classification. To find it insulting, you're placing your own judgement on the term. Given your obvious fanaticism for the State you've exhibited, I can understand that. It must hurt.

Perhaps you should examine yourself and think about why the State has rejected you. And then decide if the State is truly deserving of such devotion and sacrifice. If you decide that it is, perhaps you should make amends, pay a penance as our Amarrian friends would say, to reconcile with the State.

now this should be good, 100 isk says her response contains a reference to Heth

I find it difficult to know how to view the status of anyone who claims to be part of the State and has no Corporate citizenship, Diana. Even our bold Navy personnel only exist outside of one of the eight Megacorporations for the duration of their service and are granted Corporate Citizenship upon their demobilisation.

You, on the other hand, have chosen to exist outside the normal framework for the duration of your life, claiming affiliation with the Caldari Navy. Don't blame me for being at a loss to describe your place in the State.

Nonetheless, that wasn't what I meant. I simply meant that, as a Capsuleer, you aren't bound by the law of any specific state. Small 's'. Which means that your summary execution of your crews or your prisoners won't lead to you being arrested on criminal charges.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Don't be a fool.

To many times I've seen people on the IGS step up and say something along these lines. That Diana Kim is at least genuine in her beliefs. This idiocy needs to stop. Because her beliefs genuine or not are vile, destructive, and racist. She merits no respect for them, and she certainly merits no additional respect for actually believing them. A genuine belief such as her's is no less vile, no less repugnant, and no less deserving of the stark, harsh, and unrelenting criticism it receives here.

She played you, pure and simply. There is nothing a Honorable person could do that we find merit in, that a genuinely good person could also not do. It's only with this archaic, and frankly barbaric codes of honor that we find excuses for beliefs such as these, beliefs that would have your own people put to a firing squad.

Stop this nonsense, and stop trying to defend this vile women.

The point Deitra is that it is very much relevant what I said. Remember, this is a warcriminal asking a judicial body to try other warcriminals.

That was the point of my post. To remind everyone of the pure hypocrisy this entire thread entails. By claiming to see her point you are essentially saying that her crimes, though equally heinous, caught on film, and proudly posted by herself less than a year ago are somehow worth overlooking. That the lives she took don't merit the same justice as the lives she demands justice for.

Tuulinen-haan, I am disappointed you are evading in such way.

I am asking you for not what you have meant, but for what you have written. Or do you want me to start treating you like one of these forum clowns? I hope not.

That's why I will ask again, are you honorable enough to accept the challenge?

Have you rejected the State then? I guess as a supporter of Heth, a choice on your part, that would be a rejection on your part.

But, I also see from Pieter's clarification that I misunderstood him. I can understand his confusion. You claim to support the State, but yet you swear your allegiance to a terrorist of the State.

I'm curious as to what you consider me to have done that makes me not a "civilized and respectable human." I won't necessarily disagree with you, but our direct interactions have been limited. There was even a time in which I would disagreed with being called "human" as I had at one point embraced our transhumanity as something that set us distinctly apart from humans.

As I said, though, I'm curious what you witnessed, or if that statement is just another one of your empty and trite invectives.

Have you, at any point in your life, ever: 1) Disagreed with her? 2) Have business dealings with a Gallente or Minmatar citizen? 3) enjoyed something that didn't directly benefit the State? 4) Deny Heath was a hero? 5) Suggest that peace may be an opinion between the Federation and the State ( you may ignore this question if your suggestions of peace included making the Federation an isolated Zoo stripped of contact with the other Empires and CONCORD )? If you answered "yes" to any of these, welcome to the ranks of the "sub-human" people that Kim hates....

Oh, only absolute idiots would think or say than I am considering those who disagree with me "subhumans".
Those, who can disagree with respect and don't descend on imarock-degree of stupidity, would find me replying them with respect as well.

Obviously lying about me or insulting me ins't considered an opinion.

No, no. I even went and checked. The CEP (a body with legal authority) declared him to be "the leader of a terrorist insurgency against the Caldari State." I think that meets the definition of being a terrorist. Kaalakiota also declared him an outlaw. That's pretty clear.

Now, you may dislike it. You may disagree with their decisions. But that doesn't change the facts.

Now, this is relevant, as you, a supporter of a known terrorist, are calling for action against other terrorists. I understand this is probably a stressful time of year for you, given that we're coming up on the anniversary of Heth's denouncement. I don't blame you for wanting to lash out see other terrorists prosecuted like your beloved Heth. That must've been a painful time for you.

But do you really think this will wash away his sins?

6. Show the general public evidence that Ms. Kim is guilty of war crimes against the Gallente and even against her own people in the State. Calling her out on that stuff will get you branded a "coward and a liar" quicker than anything.

It is slightly amusing to watch what I went though happen again to others when I realized that the State that I knew was gone and I had to make my own decisions as to how I was to best use my talents for the betterment of the groups I now call my own. I even throw my hat into the ring sometimes for the benefit of the State when the issue is an actual threat to the people of the State, as evidenced by our attacks on the Sansha abductions that were taking place a ways back. Heth and his ilk were festering in the heart of the power structures in the State and it was going to take a cataclysmic screw up to pull the veil from people's eyes and realize what was happening. The other part of this is the Federation isn't much better. Many of both parties involved in this mess still haven't been removed from those positions, but at least its a start.

I got this. I used to argue with Jade Blink

I will spar with anyone once, Diana, as I like to test myself against a variety of opponents. To get a second sparring session you have to convince me that it would be of some sort of benefit to both partners. I don't see the benefit to either of us, in this case.

As for a duel, I am strictly forbidden from partaking in honour duels by my commanding officer, who believes the practice to be anachronistic and pointless. You do, of course, enjoy the same freedom to come and find me in space near the Evati system that any enemy enjoys. Are you an enemy of mine? Perhaps you should listen to Cold Wind, Kim-haani, and remember what happens to the State when Caldari fight amongst each other.

Let me know when you intend to drop by and I will prepare a suitable welcome.
