Launcher & Repair Tool Won't Launch

The game launched fine last night, as of this morning however, the launcher directs me to attempt to use the repair tool when attempting to launch the game. When I attempt to run the repair tool, it too crashes telling me that the details can be found in a folder. I had attempted to paste the details here however I received a message telling me I could not post HTML in my topic.


Additionally, I have been trying to file a support ticket through the browser on the issue and am receiving the following message:

SUPPORT TICKETS

An unexpected error occurred while submitting your support ticket. Please try again later.

Also having similar issue when trying to run either the Repair.exe or the launcher.

The launcher takes me straight into the login screen with "unable to connect to *IP* on port 26000 and the repair file tells me to see the log file at *\AppData\Local\Temp\nsn19B0.tmp\repair.exe.log for details (with the file being removed from temp files when I click OK.

Ugh
