Thanks for taking the time to read about Mercury Evolution and our new hiring program.

Abstract

Mercury Evolution is a newly founded corporation for rookie pilots, returning capsuleers and veterans looking for a new home. Currently our area of operations covers Caldari HighSec Systems and surroundings. Our main focus is to educate pilots in spaceflight tactics and develop various career opportunities. Mercury Evolution is part of the Mercury Group, a self-independent informal alliance with several affiliate corporations.

Recruiting

Founded as a startup with flat hierarchies we have a limited amount of slots open for interested and motivated pilots. We require almost no minimum skill level except for completion of tutorials and first steps ingame. Please note that we recognize applications from veterans with an excessive amount of skillpoints but you must be clear that this is not an advanced corporation but a startup in the first phase. We honor activity and reserve the right to expel inactive or inappropriately behaving members without warning. Being relatively small we can focus on individual consulting making our pilots feel that they are not only a number. Corporate leadership positions are available for suitable candidates.

What types of pilots fit our rooster?

New or returning pilots with beginner or advanced experience in basic game mechanics.
We accept trial accounts, but please no spies, robbers, gankers (literally nothing to get from us)
We aim to covering US and EU time zones.
Corp language is English. Other languages are spoken depending on members.
Roleplay affinity is a plus. We try to wrap our activities into a soft role-playing style for immersion.
Medium activity and no 24/7. Our pilots have jobs and families.
