Round two. I've now cleaned up even more weird things... Plenty of implants in the skill category. Also I'm unsure about these.

Bureaucratic Connections Obsolete Books
Financial Connections Obsolete Books
High Tech Connections Obsolete Books
Labor Connections Obsolete Books
Military Connections Obsolete Books
Political Connections Obsolete Books
Trade Connections Obsolete Books

They are listed on some characters, old books perhaps. So I may need to clean out those as well.

Those are the old Social Skill Books that were removed from the game and replaced with 3 new ones. See Tau's Thread for details.

So they should be deleted from EB.

Did a complete cleanup, except one oddity that I just have to keep. At some point Veldspar snook its way in as a skill lmao. That is kept! :P

You still won't see their full skill sheets and if they are in the top 10 in every category I think they deserve the fame.

Another option ofcourse is to remove all the anonymous ones from all rankings.

Thanks, Chribba, the site has looked nicely sorted out the last few days!

And I've gone at least a full week without getting booted due to an API error... Cool

Weee.....250 million mark about 3 weeks away give or take a couple of days...Should be close to having the fifth large gun specialisation maxed to lvl 5 by then too....These take a while at 26 days a pop.....Lol

Slow on updates here, certs are now finally gone.

The yearly summary of pilot data will soon be available for you to include/view/show-off as well. The code is there to pull it, however displaying all categories is what takes time to put together.

But it will be exciting to see who have flown the longest, made the most jumps or simply mined the most ore on a yearly basis.

Is there an issue since the latest release either with people who have injected caldari technical destroyer or have it in their queue?

Eveboard correctly says I have 407 skills but now has an API error for me.

In a possibly unrelated matter Evedroid also seems to be crashing since I put the new t3d into my skillqueue.

Both apps are using different api's and both have been updated since Carnyx.

It's not the API that needs to be updated but the website/app.

Eveboard says it is an API error because the API is telling Eveboard that you have a skill injected that Eveboard has never heard of before. Therefore it cannot make sense of the API and says it is an API error.

Chribba is usually pretty quick to update eveboard, but as with so many of these very useful but free applications, devtime is unpaid - I am sure he will get to it soon.

Usually the API error has nothing to do with that, if there's a skill in queue that I don't have in the DB it simply wouldn't show. API error means I received an error from CCP when requesting the data.

I will however also get around to update the database so the skill shows properly.

For reference I've now finished training Caldari Tactical Destroyer and moved on to something else. Refreshing the api used with Eveboard has solved the problem as has refreshing (the different) api used with Evedroid so I think I can safely say the problem was caused by have Caldari Tactical Destroyer in the skill queue specifically.

On the verge of 261 million SP, and 2 skills away to max out the gunnery tree in 2 weeks.....Well, save for doomsday since I don't want this char stuck in a titan....PLol



Next up on the menu....Missiles, and they all get maxed on this tree, then a few more space ship command skills......Not much left on the perception / willpower attribute front basically, probably around my next birthday ( in the real world )...Big smile
