How to get rid of the 10% build tax when building.

Is there anyway to get rid of the 10% cost when you build stuff at stations?

Does a standing of 6.67 get rid of that?

The only way to avoid the NPC tax is to build / research at a POS assembly array.

But then you have fuel costs to deal with.

Standings do not affect tax rate.

The system facility index however, does. The lower the facility index, the lower the amount of usage you will pay for installing your job. It's the only variable in the usage equation (outside of ME value, but if that's maxed you can't lower it either and teams, which are not in game currently) that you can choose.

And POS is another option, but as Tau pointed out, you have to pay for fuel.

the tax is fair, for the safety of your assets is insured while in a station hangar.
