Complication AtBirth - Bounty - 1 Billion a scalp

I am putting a 1 billion bounty on this guys head. For every killmail over 20m isk that is a legit kill I will pay 1 billion isk to the person who got the final blow. You must provide a link to the killmail. He is a complete tool and needs to be taught a lesson. I will go back and watch the video myself (you dont need to provide this but if you want to all the better) to verify if its a legit kill or not. If you provide the link to the video it will go much faster.

I will do this if the isk is held by Chribba. I'm already familiar with the streamer and am more than happy to gank him, but its not worth my time without a guaranteed payout.
