Impressive. Easy setuo no hassle. I have retiredx from flying freighters but I will still make them. Red Frog gets preferential pricing if they need any.

Red Frog is the best! I and my alts have used them many times and they have always done a great job. They are the only freight service I will use.

First time using a contract service, npc corp members said you were the bees knees (Actually something far less grotesque yet postitive) and I'm going to wait on finding out if you're as awesome as they say.

Really, a 50% price increase? Sounds like your afk haulers are demanding more isk to make up for loosing freighters out of sheer laziness.

50% (actually more because pickup price also increased) is quite a lot of increase. I thought about if for a minute. Then I realized that that's still only about 15% of my trading profit that goes to Red Frog. And there's no way I'm going back to public hauling contracts.

A nice story to share: Once I forgot to set a collateral on a few contracts, like 5 billion altogether. I received a friendly evemail saying that the contracts were rejected and that I should please set a collateral. Red Frog is highly trustworthy and recommended.

First, a sincere thanks for your help in being a core part of my trading business this last year. Red Frog has been a logistics service that I could truly count on.

For context, I am a relatively low margin, high volume trader -- as a result I was probably one of RF's top ten customers this year, paying out about 14B ISK in contract rewards to Red Frog in the last six months alone. However, at this time I need to take my business elsewhere if I possibly can. The 50% hike is much more than can be justified by increases in ganking and general inflation. More importantly to me, my trading business is no longer sufficiently profitable at the new Red Frog pricing levels. It was a win-win before but no longer works for me. As a result, I will now need to treat Red Frog as a rush service to be used only when timeliness is absolutely critical. Looking at the Red Frog website and the tiny, tiny queue of new contracts, it looks like I'm not alone in this assessment.

Please, Red Frog leadership, reconsider the price hike. Alternatively, consider giving volume customers like me a back-end rebate after exceeding particular contract rewards thresholds (something like 1/3 of the total back for customers doing more than 10B/year in contract rewards with Red Frog).

I agree with the above two posters, I used there service every 3 days for the last 6 weeks, and on and off for the past 3 years. The vast majority of it was sheer laziness, but this 50%+ increase is by far way too much to justify the expense. I'm going elsewhere where they dont gouge the **** out of loyal customers for no tangible reason.
