IS IT still possible to get these from noob missions? and if not how much would one go for now?

They are still possible to get. We can acquire one for you. Not sure what they go for but let us know what you are willing to pay and we'll figure out if it's worth it.

I don't think it's still possible. Not sure, Last year i sold a civilian amarr shuttle bpc for 700m.

they no longer drop in rookie missions. they drop normal shuttles instead now. i have couple of those civilian shuttles. but im collecting them
