This is how i start my Eve

How to fix?

Repair Exe isnt working

This error tells me that you may have another launcher process that got stuck (in which case rebooting your machine should resolve the issue) or possibly you installed EVE with a different account, maybe an admin account, and you're on a non-admin account right now.

If you're willing to re-download EVE's assets, you might be able to click OK, then go into the settings dialog box (the gear in the upper right) and under Game, click the "clear" button under "clear cached client data." Alternatively, you can probably log into an administrator account and delete the entire C:\ProgramData\CCP\EVE\SharedCache directory.

If none of that works to get this un-stuck, please report back.

Edit: Repair.exe is no longer supported as of a recent patch. You have to patch with the launcher now.

Thanks for the answer but im having this issue now for several months.
Cleared the cache already
It startet after a regular patch but i cant remember which one it was...

Think I´ll just unistall and re-install the game

Update:

I just deleted EVE everything that was on my HDD even Testserver files

The´re were no EVE Files left

No i have this

Its not downloading anything through the launcher now
