Dear Mr. Elladall,

I would like to request an investigation into crimes of Gallente Federation's corporations in Caldari State region Black Rise.
Gallente Federation's Federal Navy are establishing federal prisons in deadspace inside Caldari State's territory and outside of CEMWPA conflict zones in systems: Ichoriya, Uchomida, Samanuni, Onnamon, Astoh, Rohamaa, Uuhulanen, Tsuruma, Ahtila.

Installations can be found under designation "FEDERATION DETENTION FACILITY FNSBR-106V". Inside the installations citizens of Caldari State, captured during Federals raids are held prisoners of illegitimate in Caldari State territory Federal government. Federal jailers not just hold our captives inside our territory, they also treat them by constant tortures and malnutrition, destroying whole facility and killing everyone indiscriminately on security breach.

As such behavior corresponds to criminal organizations instead of a legal government, I would like to ask to assign these sites a DED threat level.

Besides that, I would like to ask you to consider following requests:

1. Special Department of Internal Investigations and Federal Security (also known as "Black Eagles") should be recognized as criminal terrorist organization, their crimes of: murder of Gallente Federation citizens in Federal territory, murder of Gallente Federation citizens in State territory, murder of Caldari State citizens in Federal territory, murder of Caldari State citizens in State territory, organization of concentrations camps, genocide, mass murders of Caldari colonists in Black Rise, ethnical cleanings, replace of Caldari colonists with Gallente colonists, must be investigated.

2. Federal Navy should be recognizes as criminal terrorist organization, as a reason of Admiral Alexander Noir and his crew actions, that led to terrorist attack on Malkalen station in YC110.

3. Templis Dragonaurs should not be considered as a terrorist organization anymore, since last terror action they have performed happened 200 years ago. Those, who supported the demolition of Nouvelle Rouvenor aren't alive anymore and members of the Templis Dragonaur organization can't bear responsibility for their actions according to basic principles of justice. Good name of Dragonaurs as a society for preservation of Caldari culture should be restored.

4. War crimes of Operation Highlander (YC115) should be investigated. I understand, that CONCORD might be unhappy with decision of Adm. Yanala to destroy CONCORD surveillance vessel, but I am asking for impartial judgement. I would like to point out that the operation has began with planetary invasion by Federal Navy and Federal Defense Union forces disregarding of treaty signed by Executor Heth and President Foiritan YC110, that can be confirmed by testimonies of participants of ground operation from both sides, by video and holo recordings of the soldiers. Their actions has lured the fleet to vulnerable position, and the Federation decided to bring capital fight into low planetary orbit. This caused huge capital ship debris to rain down on the planet and mass murder of civilians on the ground.

CONCORD and the DED will do nothing. In fact, they are more likely to allow this sort of thing to happen, because the hotter the war effort, the more ISK flows into their coffers.

They are as much about peace now as I am about law-enforcement.

Not only to they allow, they enable the Federation to run roughshod over Black Rise. Yet you beg for them to do something to stop this?

Perhaps you should re-examine your priorities.

Now is the time for CONCORD to fulfill their duty.

If they don't, then perhaps we capsuleer's should unite and call them into question.

The Empress has defied them with her release of new shielding technology, which I support.

For this petition, I sign, as it would be prudent for a party of justice (if indeed they would fill that role), to look into the sinful practices and acts perpetrated against Amarr's Caldari allies.

Oh you had tea with her? Well that does solve everything doesn't it? No.. Of course it doesn't. In case you were wondering why everyone enjoys calling her a warcriminal please see the attached video she so lovingly uploaded onto the IGS less than a year ago.



Your naivete is quite astounding really, so she welcomed you to a sit-down and served you some tea, and that somehow makes her an honorable person. So she genuinely believes that your people should be killed en-mass for supporting their Federation. Tell me how exactly is genuine hatred, genuine bigotry somehow better than ones with ulterior motives? Because at least you can trust her to act exactly on what she says?

To many times I've seen people on the IGS step up and say something along these lines. That Diana Kim is at least genuine in her beliefs. This idiocy needs to stop. Because her beliefs genuine or not are vile, destructive, and racist. She merits no respect for them, and she certainly merits no additional respect for actually believing them. A genuine belief such as her's is no less vile, no less repugnant, and no less deserving of the stark, harsh, and unrelenting criticism it receives here.

She played you, pure and simply. There is nothing a Honorable person could do that we find merit in, that a genuinely good person could also not do. It's only with this archaic, and frankly barbaric codes of honor that we find excuses for beliefs such as these, beliefs that would have your own people put to a firing squad.

Stop this nonsense, and stop trying to defend this vile women.

Black Eagle is in fact a private corporation, of which Blaque is the CEO of. They are a private security force, that somehow, has been used by the Federation as another tool for the security of the Federation. I have no love for the Eagles and I find their existence somewhat morally reprehensible. They have been allowed to do things that official organizations like the FIO could not get away with directly.

I have had the misfortune of having once been contracted by the Black Eagles directly to help in a matter of national security...I unfortunately went through with the contract and I will not be working with them again.
