Spreadsheet of TypeIDs linked to MetaGroupIDs?

I was wondering if there was a list of typeIDs linked to MetaGroupIDs. For example, I would like a list of all T1 and T2 frigates, without all the fancy faction frigates or ones with skins.

The invTypes list that I got from Steve's page does not seem to have this.
