Launcher does not let me login

Hey, not sure where to post this. The launcher is SO buggy. I have an active trial account and everytime I login, the play button just stays greyed out. Sometimes it takes me 10 logins to make it turn yellow. I have been trying all morning to login and I can't even get it to work now.

Can someone give me some advice to get logged in so I can actually keep trying the game out? Thank you

you can use the exe from the game file to start the game you only need the launcher to update I believe. So once it's updated you can just run the game without the launcher.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\bin\exefile.exe" or similar, depending on your OS and machine.
