Ratting after nerfs to sentries?

hello guys and all ratters 0/
As you propably know there have been some changes to sentry drones :(
Are the nerfs that bad?
Did it lower your isk per hour?
What do you think about it and what suggestions do you have ?
Can i start to use heavy drones for faster clear ?
What are your opinions ? :)

Pretty sure sentry drones weren't nerfed, just the effectiveness of a certain ship hull in using them.

I stand corrected. I did not realize they were doing an additional sentry nerf ontop of the Ishtar bonus reduction.

On another note, I ran a Serpentis forlorn hub in an ishtar recently doing 814 DPS with Ogre II's...seemed to work well except for some lost efficiency due to their travel speed...Serpentis BS rats have a tendency to burn off in different directions, it's quite annoying.

Meanwhile, CCP continues their quest to make the Ishtar not the obviously best HAC for everything, which will no doubt eventually cause me to regret ever training it.

Not as long as you use heavies. Most of the Ishtar balance lies with sentry drones.

did few missions with Rattlesnake + sentries.... little lower range for drones is visible but not hurts
