Focused Warp Disruption Script and Carnyx

After the Carnyx patch, I am no longer able to activate my Focused Warp Disruption Script in high sec. Is this working as intended or a bug with the new patch. I am looking for answers.

I tried activating the module in all safety settings, it doesn't work. I get the on screen warning "You cannot do that because it is currently against empire policy to launch, anchor or control objects of that type within their jurisdictions." Crazy right?

I striped the ship and refitted it, now it works. Wondering If the script was even installed in the first place. Well its working now. Thanks for the help.
