Launcher does not wok then error comes up after clicking start eve

so i have been having problem with my eve launcher since the latest patch. i fix the previous issue now im getting this


at first i open the launcher and it comes up like this

once i click start eve i get this error message

it also comes up with the same message when trying to use just the eve.exe

i have tried the repair tool but i also get a error message
