Currently on Sisi the Fleet window does not allow you to right click on any entries so that you can add them to watch list. And the right-click menu on characters does not allow you to select the Fleet submenu. So at the moment, there is no way to set up your watch list.

We are aware of the issues surrounding the fleet watch list and fleets in general.

It is to do with the build we are currently running on SISI which is part of our work to improve how the game backend handles item types.

Please see the dedicated thread in test server area of the forums.

Are you also aware that empty pods and pos killmails take hours if not days to generate, and this bug went live on TQ, even tho it was reported on singularity countless times?

Sorry for the long delay with fixing this. We had the internal defect around for quite some time, but it was not really obvious on why it broke. Turns out we just confused milliseconds and seconds. Oops

Anyway, it should be fixed with the next patch on TQ (probably tomorrow).

As a programmer myself I would have to say that most programmers make mistakes like that at least once in their career (I know I have done it a few times already)

At least you guys managed to find the cause :)
