Whats up boys?

The idea it's a simple one, but i think it is very usefull.

In the fit window, right click on some module, and a window pop up, show all the modules in conditions to be fited to that place.

Can be used in space with a capital ship with refit hability (like carrier for instance) or module, or in the station.

What do you think guys?

With few exceptions, all highslots items can be fit into the highslots of any ship. Same with mediums, lows, and rigs. Whether things can be onlined is another question, as is whether what you're fitting is right for the ship.

Try one or all of the above programs if you want to experiment with fits, or log onto the test server where t1 and t2 mods, as well as hulls, cost 100isk.

I believe CCP already talked about working on a way for players to activate modules such as Armor Hardeners, to see how much they benefit.

I think you guys are reading the OP wrong. If I read it correctly I think what he means is:

Right click a module in your fitting window, choose a new 'Replace with' option, which would then show a list of all modules that could go into that slot that are currently available to you (in the ship's cargo, in the hangar, etc.).

If that's the case, I would love to see such a thing implemented. No more "Drag module from fitting to cargo, search for other module, drag other module to ship fitting".

CCP approaches problems in one of two ways: nudge or cludge

Now that is an idea I would support.

Also check the "ghost fitting" thread which is about what we want in the new and better fitting screen...

Yes please. I spend way too much time fitting and refitting ships. More quality of life changes please.

Grrr.

While we are at it, allow us to drag module to an occupied slot to replace whatever is there with new module. Getting error message while trying to do that is so 1995.

Good idea, supported.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

While this sounds really helpful I hope it doesn't make our hamsters sad. All of the modules in your hold / hangar have to be checked for viability, requirements met or not and if you bulit on that and start the same process in a nullsec station or a corp hanger that is full.

Did you hear that? That tiny squeek was one of the hamsters having a heart attack Sad

Eve Minions is recruiting.

This is the law of ship progression!
