Launcher is more broken after patch. Causes huge CPU load.

After the latest patch, the launcher causes my CPU to be at 80% and I can't do anything else on my laptop anymore while it is on. I have to exit the launcher after starting the game because otherwise all my CPU is busy with the launcher. My cpu is a i7-4710HQ. It is running at about 3.1 Ghz (turbo).

Congratulations CCP, you managed to break the launcher even more. With every patch the launcher is more broken.

Try running rescache during off-peak hours...that was what fixed it for me.
