Unable to View any ships or see my mods when i am in space

Since the new patch have hit i have not been able to play. I cant see my ship when i log in or view any ships if i undock hole screen goes black minus the the tabs such as overview chat box's so on and i can not dock back up it wont let me so i am forced to X out of game. When i log back in while in space i can see everything but the ship i am in and the mods on it. I have reinstaled the game tried to repair. run safe,run exe , droped settings updated my drivers restarted re downloaded the launcher

I have friend who got the same error who reinstalled and fix the launcher problem but unlike him i can get in game i don't have problem launching the game just cant play do to not seen ships or mods
