Hey,

Black Legion is looking to rent out several high value constellations in Fountain. Fountain has some of the best ratting space in the game, and as a region that has in the past been owned by some of the most dedicated and well organised groups in the game, is perfectly set up for Industry in several locations. Logistics are also incredibly easy with most of our systems being only 3 mids from Jita and 2 mids from Amarr with a Jump Freighter, and very easy access to Aridia low sec with regular Capitals.

Is it not also an incredibly dangerous place for carebears? Will BL be protecting these renters from the hordes of cloaky campers and all those who come to hunt Brave?

Well said, bringing your shiney ships to the most active (non-invasion) pvp region in space is not smart

1) Brave has "justification/motivation" to cause problems since it was space claimed by them (Fozziesov will even the playing field a bit)

2) People who get their PVP fix already head to that region in droves, imagine if you set up renters just a few jumps away... pvp/killboard nirvanaPiratePiratePirate.

3) BL alone cannot protect renters, BL's strength comes from its offensive capabilities, not baby sitting sov

4) As far as I can tell they don't have overwhelming numbers of sub caps (goons) or supers (NC/N3/PL) to act as a deterrent against attacking renter space, so if any of the above mentioned entities (or someone else) decide to seriously mess with renters I don't see how BL will stop it. So why pay rent to them, take the sov yourself when fozziesov hits

Could have picked a better time to set up a rental empire.
Renters have any backup from landlords?
Edit: just read the rules, so not really. PVE in Fountain is great money but it might be hard to finish any kind of ratting site without roams n drops. Renters will need to make an informed choice of system.

We have had no problems avoiding or killing campers, http://www.evescore.com/ just check here to see how much money can be made and here http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Fountain#npc24 and you will see than blops drops and roaming gangs are not a issue to making money.

You will notice that the most valuable constellation is a pipe that starts next door to Black Legion's staging system http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Fountain/Unicorn which is loaded with bored pvpers likely to hunt a marauding gang. The constellation leading up to it (which is stated to be for everyone's use) is a long pipe itself that gives plenty of advance warning should such a gang appear.
(Historically very fun to defend. Easy to bottleneck baddies, even cloakies)

The entrance to Aridia is extremely safe and will likely only be roamed by the occasional russian. (Hint; dont rent if you are Rus tz)

Satyr http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Fountain/Satyr might be a little risky due to it's proximity to Brave but a scout in C-N easily solves that and the truesec more than makes up for it. Cloaky campers are unlikely since no one has anything to gain really by trying to starve out renters and Brave are not driven by 'grrr bl' yet.

Also Black Legion is blue to Fountain Core which is the entity I would be the most worried about when it comes to denying the use of space to anyone (And have been doing so for 8 years or so. The local bullies)

Anywho, just the two cents of someone who has lived in Fountain for four years.
