[SOLVED] NES unavailable (launcher is used)

For the last couple of days I'm getting "Store is currently unavailable" when I try to open NES.

I'm using launcher to enter the game and always was using launcher.

I have tried clearing the cache of both EVE and the launcher, but the store is still unavailable.

Any suggestions?

I really do not know what to say. I am also getting the same problem, store unavailable even stating the game with the launcher.
The launcher are so broken that I rarely use it, but since with this patch we was forced to use it, I just think that I should try the store.
It just stay unavailable.
I do know if this is a luck thing or not.
Oh! The life is just too fare :)

Yeah... I've checked with some of my friends and they can open the store normally.

I didn't want to open the support ticket for this and thought to post the issue on the forums to get an answer, but it looks like I'll have to go through support system.

I found an answer to my problems.

Yes, it's my fault Smile

Anyway, I pinned the launcher.exe to my taskbar instead of the eve.exe and was using that shortcut to log in to the game. Naturally, the store didn't work, as described here: https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202957291-New-Eden-Store-unavailable-.

So, yeah... my bad.

At least I did some more research before posting a support ticket, so the ticket queue is not any bigger because of me Smile
