Fleeting with corp that is at war with another corp

Hello,

I was wondering about this, I haven't found any information saying this is possible yet, but wanted to ask to make sure. If I am fleeting with a person who is not in my corp, whose corp is at war with another corp, is it possible for me to be attacked if this person is engaged in HS while I'm fleeted with him?


Example:

I'm in neutral corp A, my fleet mate is in corp B which is actively at war with corp C. Members from corp B and C can actively engage each other in HS I'm aware. But will members from corp C be allowed to engage me while I'm fleeted with a member from corp B?



My hunch is that they would not be allowed to engage me, but might appear as suspect because they are actively attacking my fleet mate.

I can 100% confirm that in high sec that if they are at war and you are not they can engage as long as the DEC is active. You however can not be touched or do any touching of your own. Nobody will be suspect unless they are stealing, have low sec status or much more likely are not part of the wardec and are using remote assistance on either agressed party

I once tackled and killed a Retriever (31m), while his non-war target buddy in a Mackinaw (170m) watched my and raged at me in Local. Then he decided to play the hero and assisted his Drones to his Retriever buddy, and quickly became Concorded for illegally interfering with a legal war.

I whored on the 170m Mackinaw kill. Then got his 150m pod.

Just don't rep or remote sensor boost anyone from corp B or you'll go suspect and will also be fair game to corp C and anybody else. Unless, of course, you want to bait people from corp C into shooting you, an action that I would heartily endorse Big smile

Well the same thing I point out after every successful OP when this becomes a topic. FA don't allow station camping and at times I enjoy chilling on a station with a couple of guys I get on with in TS while using ALT's to hunt with. Also your alliance would be just too awesome with 2 Aussies in it Lol

But in all seriousness who knows what will happen after I finish this next tour of eve (I'm doing lowsec for 3-4 months)
