Welcome to THE AESIR, Black Legion’s premier ‘Wormhole Rehabilitation Centre’ and progressive PvP community.

So, what does that mean?

Firstly, THE AESIR (aka THOR) is comprised heavily of former wormhole residents, alliance leaders, diplomats, FC’s, and mercenaries. This means that THOR’s membership has extensive experience with the mechanics and lifestyles of living on the frontier and beyond the known, which provides us a unique perspective toward our own nullsec progression!

Secondly, as a progressive PvP community, we foster not only the current PvP culture within the corporation, but also cultivate and develop an individual progression for each member to advance their PvP knowledgebase and experience through continuous training, improvement, opportunities!

Please ensure you join "THOR. PUBLIC" ingame and use the THOR. Corp Recruitment Form found here in our forum and post a new topic as follows:

For acceptance into THOR, current members of our corporation will vote “+1” (or) “-1” on your application thread. (Some may even ask you questions about your skills, ask for elaboration on an answer, ask you to make a fit for a ship to gauge your competence in ship fitting, etc.)

The recruitment process is usually very expeditious, but please be patient as it can take up to a few days to get everything sorted and gather the proper amount of member review/insight to determine if you are a good fit for our corporation and this alliance.

To join THOR. there are some requirements. We hold ourselves to high standards of competency and we very rarely deviate or make exception. (You may have 150 mil SP, but if you don’t know how to use those skills, you're useless to our team.)

• Battle-hardened Fleet Commanders (FC’s) with exceptional experience across all ship classes and doctrines.
• A positive and healthy player environment, that provides a great place to call home.
• An opportunity to experience a finer aspect of Eve Online, as a member of THE AESIR and Black Legion.
• We recognize that ‘real life’ comes first, and support our members in their outside commitments aswell.

What does THOR expect from potential members?

• PvP competence and experience in various PvP aspects. We also expect you to listen to your FC.
• Maintain discipline and maturity in fleet operations when on fleet comms. Casual atmosphere outside fleet.
• Self sufficient (Isk-wise) and personal financial stability. We provide avenues for personal financial gain.
• We expect our members to treat each other with a measure of respect and be a productive member of our community.
• As a member of THE AESIR, you join a fraternal organization and we expect our members to socialize and enjoy Eve Online with each other in our community.

Minimum Requirements:

It is very unlikely that any of these are waived.

• 500 ship kills on your killboard with your main PvP character while maintaining a 85% Efficiency.

Be able to fly:

(2/3 of the following)

1) T2 Fit Tech 3 Cruiser (Proteus, Tengu, Legion, Loki)
2) Dreadnaught (or) Carrier (JDC5, Fighters V, T2 Sentries, T2 Triage/Seige)
3) T2 Logistics (Logistics V) (Onerios (or) Scimitar)

Be willing to train:

(2/7 of the following, additional to the minimum required as stated above)

1) T2 Fit Tech 3 Cruiser (Proteus, Tengu, Legion, Loki)*
2) Dreadnaught (or) Carrier (JDC5, Fighters V, T2 Sentries, T2 Triage/Seige)**
3) T2 Logistics (Logistics V) (Onerios (or) Scimitar)
4) Super Carrier (or) Titan (Max skills as directed by leadership)
5) Ishtar (T2/Doctrine capable fittings)
6) Black Ops Battleships (Redeemer, Widow, Panther, Sin)
7) Recon Cruisers (Covert, Force)

* At least two Tech 3 Cruisers (Including the one currently trained)
** If Dread or Carriers trained, train the other (meeting standard requirements or higher)

Competently fly and fit the following:

1) Interdictors (and) Heavy Interdictors
2) Heavy Assault Cruisers
3) Assault Frigates
4) Tier 3 Battle Cruisers

As a member of the THOR family, we expect everyone to be self-sufficient (Not tolerant of members complaining about being poor all the time.) #NoPoorsAllowed

Finally, if you are a former wormhole resident (minimum 6 months PvPing in a wormhole), speak to your recruiter about our ‘Wormholer Rehabilitation Program’.
