Revenge isn't a passion—it's a disease. It eats at your mind and poisons your soul. I attended summer camp with this little stick of a girl Twila Stansbury. She was a hell of an athlete, things like capture the flag etc. She had an unrelenting passion for fitness and was never skinny enough. Always a pound here, a pound there etc. She ran like a gazelle. Until she couldn't. Could barely walk. Turns out she was anorexic. The disease caused her to lose her sight. I've never known anyone more obsessed with their body than Twila, spent her entire life chasing something that destroyed her. Make sure your passion isn't your sickness.

Oh lord. Best remedy is to listen to some rasta music once in a while. Addresses psychosis and hard times head on, and runs them right out of town. Ina reggae style!
