Question for Lore Devs: Observatory logs contain audio?

I was wondering if the logs of the Jove Observatories contain audio.
For example, Jamyl Sarum's inauguration speech was spoken, and in the observatory logs, at least a little bit of that speech is logged. But does that log file, and others like it, contain an audio file, or is it just a transcript?
