Reprocessing Unrefined Materials

Just a real quick one guys whats the best % yield i can get reprocessing these materials and does the hx-804 implant work and what skill affect ?

Is it just Scrap metal processing?

I worked out about 56% was the best is this true?

Unrefined materials are treated as scrap, so 50% base and 55% with Scrapmetal Processing 5.

Nothing else affects scrap yield.
