"Ghost signatures" in test server

Been a couple days I've been having this issue on the test server. I'm looking for a c3 to test stuff so I just go around scanning signatures. The issue here is that some times when I get the signature to 100% and warp there there is no wormhole, no nothing there. Sometimes the signature just disappear as I land in the middle of space with nothing around, but this time it is still there, still scanned to 100%, I made sure I warped to it and still, nothing here.

Example: UQW-140 in Aset. Says it's a wormhole, I warped there three times just to make sure and still, nothing. No, it's not my overview and I made sure to take a good look around, it's empty. I'm not sure if it is an issue with the scanner not refreshing or what, but either way I figured I should let you know.

Edit: Maybe it's a k162 spawning before it should in a buggy way?

bunch of wormholes from c2 to c6 in solitude kador,kor azor. just scanned . lazer has c2 eggheron c3 other systems empty .

in domain there is some wormholes in dakba, shumam malpara hanan nererut gid gidali . genesis had c3 and c4 in access , dead end had c5 and c2 hole new eden only c1

there is many wormholes in aridia region. if need.
i got alt logged off in c4 with c5 and c4 static. can get you in laterr. my sisi died need reinstall it so next day will get you in. ill be posting on singularity and help wormhole location so someone can get to there and test some things.

by the way ghost signatures are known bug and it happens even on tranquility, but is less common. it occurs because of mirror.
