Link For A Fleet w/No Advert?

If I have a fleet for corp/alliance with no advert up, is there a way to place a channel link for the fleet or must each person be invited individually?

As far as I know you have to have an advert to link it.
That said, you can select all of the people in a chat channel and drag them into the fleet window and it will invite all of them (probably a limit on how many you can do at a time).

Invite each person or make an advert.
