Very interesting. It is comforting to see that the Empress understands the threat of the Drifters. While CONCORD and DED sit back and whine about how they don't have exclusive access to their toys anymore, we will be out there tackling the real issues.

I find it increasingly difficult to remove my suspicions as to how the Empress continues to acquire highly advanced technology that is found to break New Eden treaties and provides large leaps in the technological prowess of capsuleers and the Empires. This is perhaps the third instance which has been brought to public knowledge. Moreover, she brings offers of goodwill with erratic behavior and an appeal for capsuleers to unify. While I am appreciative of these efforts for a defensive preparation against possible Drifter incursion rather than offensive actions, these continuously convenient discoveries cannot be mere coincidence.
