How much ISK would you say a Thanatos carrier costs? On average 2 bil ish?

In the name of content, I hereby charge you with the solemn duty of ganking miners with Vigilant class pirate cruisers. If you produce said killmails, totaling the cost of a thanatos, I will provide the carrier.

They must ALL be miners, of different accounts (not your alts, god knows you have enough of them), and the Vigilants (it must be those) must be destroyed by CONCORD to be eligible.
