I am investigating wh when i encounter them.
In those wh's i found often towers that are offline are abaddoned or just hanging their around.
My idea is that after a particuleir time a offline poss can be taken over by fueling the poss.
In this way you can creat a new form of isk making in wh. and in the future rollout it the null space and low sec and high sec.

soon poses will be deleted so this make no sense. they will be replaced with citadels so maybe capturing offline citadel - that make sense

If the POS was Abbadonned, it would be destroyed.

You can't abbadon poses in a C1. I guess you need to tengu them.

You can even Moros posses in C1 if you take your time.

moros. so you find c1 with 50 moons 49 occupied 1 free. you build moros to destroy 49 poses. count cost of materials to build dread plus cost of fuel for siege and ammo for that monster . just best is few oracles to destroy these towers. fleet of ishtars or navy vexors.

if someone doesnt care about material cost. should build few carriers , cheaper in maintenance and can create nice kill of the day
