I was reading this article:

In it it states "There is only one legit domain and host name combination for our SSO which is login.eveonline.com."

I've been checking out EVERNUS recently which uses CREST and opens a link for SSO....BUT the domain is login-tq.eveonline.com. Whats with the -tq? Is it legit? Does the above article need to be updated?

The important part is more the domain itself rather than the full hostname. As long as it's eveonline.com (or testeveonline.com) with a valid SSL certificate, you'll be fine.
But yes, login-tq is valid. It did change at some point after that devblog was published and probably should be updated.

The current auth endpoints are https://login-tq.eveonline.com/ for TQ and https://sisilogin.testeveonline.com/ for Sisi.
