Surely it can't be that simple.

My boys in the lab would be able to whip up 8 of them to slap on my Abaddon.

For the Empire's Glory, no less than 80 will suffice. Cover your hull in them.

I'm sure i remember reading that the free standing (floating) weapons appear to be their turrets (secondary weapon) whereas the more powerful weapon is held upon the hull.

now, if only i could find the source again.
