So I know that refining in a High Sec Station requires X amount of Faction Rep.

Now with that said. If I was to refine in a POS owned by a Corp I have perfect standings with. Will I get higher refining yields or is it going to be similar to the station yields or less depeding on faction standings?

If its player owned standing won't have an effect, other than if they don't like you they will blow you up P. Your max yield will be based on whatever the base yield for the POS refinery is plus your skills and implants. I think the max is 74.5% out of a high end POS refinery with max skills and a 4% implant not sure on that though.

Unless you're referring to outposts I'm not sure about standings on those but I think its the same, you can either use it or you can't.

I think it's 2% more in a high sec POS with refining array over NPC station yield and no requirement for NPC standings. Just level five in the skills and the RX-804 implant.

Having said that unless you are using your minerals for production you should be compressing the ore before selling it.

Standings have no effect on a POS, only members of the corp which owns the tower can use the refining array
