Remove THXBYE's permissions to create threads.

Cyno's lit, bridge is up, but one pilot won't be jumping home.

This is a great suggestion. Balanced, fair, well thought out.......honestly can't see anything wrong with this.

Remove his ability to post in general.

I think the forum's working hard and dilligently at doing just that.

It's still buggy, so it can't gank us all every time, though.
