Lag problem with Character Creator

Hello,

It's not a graphical lag overall as the game renders smoothly. However during the process of customizing my character, every time I select anything (from color to body feature), the game stop responding for several seconds (with the idle spinning icon in game). It was not observed during the period the Character Creator was first released.

Please help me solve the problem.
