i think this is optimal omni-passive-tank, not 100% sure though. Made it with the intention of tanking full room lv4's and letting my uncapable friends do the damage in missions as they either couldn't tank and kill or didnt have standings, or both in one persons case.

Its near Dodixie, will move nearer to where you are if you can't be bothered to pick it up.

PRICE: 250m - saves you 50m or more, basically a free drake and mods and you pay for the rigs.

EDIT: NEW PRICE OF 200m, i will not go any lower.
