Ill be honest here, i freaking LOVE vampires and i know for a fact that id be addicted to World of Darkness if it was a gritty/harsh/dark pvp sandbox mmorpg.

I dare say id prob almost play it more than eve, def more than i play WoW.
I really wish they just were able to make WoD instead of freaking Dust514!!!
And this Valkyrie crap, yup rather have World of Darkness.

Seriously if they just spent the time/money from Walking in Stations/Incarnia and Dust514 and had good project managers on top od that....

Wed freaking have our Vampire Mmo pvpsandbox and ccp would be rich and instead of WoW-zers thered be tons of Twilight/True Blood/Interview with Vampire freaks playing with us.

Ccp you'd have been rich by this time. I am sad

Well the thing is, apparently while CCP is a cool company in practically all other respects, it's management can't manage things for ****. They have grand visions but they also change, and they can't stick by with the previous ones. What the laid of CCP Atlanta workers have told to gaming press is that they were regularly pulled off to work for EVE, particularly the WIS stuff and apparently we have them to thank for the 3 other CQ's where CCP Reykjavik only managed to do the Minmatar one. Regarding WOD, they never had a solid plan and as someone said, they regularly scrapped all the work they did and had to start all over again as the priorities for some reason changed. EVE isn't a stranger for this, the WIS stuff was extensively demoed back in 2009 with promenades an establishments, yet that also was totally scrapped.

So I fear that for example this "let's build stargates" thing will simply not materialize, they only have like 2 years left to do that anyways. Colour me very surprised if they ever manage to do it in any meaningful way.

White Wolf was an ICON and it was mishandled, picked apart and left to die by ccp. I was excited when they bought white wolf and horrified by the result. Add to that the worthless sellout, mismanagement and abandonment of dust I am not sure how ccp uppermanagement still have jobs. Guess it is the $1500 dollar majic pants.

Don't hold out much hope for future projects.

I read a few months ago they actually fired the last of their C-level executives othrr that Hilmar. (C-level execs are the top dogs, ceo cfo coo c/etc get it) they have now gotten some back i believe though.
Now i realise that the upper management that was responsible wasnt exactly the Chief Opperations Officer of Chief Financial Officer but im sure if all those dudes left/got canned, that many in mid/upper management got canned too. Just don't make news.

But pretty sure Hilmar is at the head of this snake.......
