Hi

So, I'm a little light in SP for what you are asking, but hear me out. Totally focused PVP Gallente frig/dessie. No mining, PI, science, trade or mining. My eight million SP is the equivalent to most 10 to 12M SP characters you'll find here when you factor in the lack of wasted SP.

AF and Inty trained with T2 guns. Hecate ready as soon as the skill is released. Also no corp history or KB history, decent name, two remaps and +4 implants. Very fresh starter.

All this for only 4.7b.
