T3 Exploration fits

I've been on break from the game for almost a year, and having recently gotten back into the game I figured I'd go back to some exploration. Only thing is, all my old T3 fits are gone and I can't for the life of me remember jack **** in regards to them. That's not counting the new Ghost sites that were added after I left and the Sleeper sites as well.

What I'm looking for are some fits for both WH and low/nullsec exploration. It can be any T3 (I'm equally skilled in all of them) so I'm not too picky on the hull. Just as long as they can handle things.

Any suggestion are very much welcome.

Solid fit. I prefer to active tank: Gistum A-Type Medium Shield Booster, swap out the Adaptive Invul for a Shield Boost Amplifier. Engineering sub is Augmented Capacitor Reservoir and Defensive sub is Amplification Node - you can fit another launcher that way and your shield resists will be beast.

I also prefer HAMs so that I can clear combat sites myself.

It's for data/relics/sleepers. Combat capabilities are very weak on my fit. For combat sites I wouldn't use agility rigs.
