Is there really no fix for the launcher not patching?

This seems ridiculous.

I cannot get an answer from submitting tickets.

I have tried all the user submitted remedies.

Nothing works.

I cannot log in to this game I am paying money for.

It seems several people are having this problem, getting NO response, and no resolution.

Players at lest claim to be dropping out of subscriptions to the game, and still no response.

I just do not understand what is happening.

I want to play this game. I don't mind paying. However, I cannot seem to play the game at all, the majority of the times I try to log in.

The problems seem to drive away every person I try to bring into the game. No one is going to stick with this game with problems like this.

I have no idea but this is happening to every single person I have talked into trying EVE, and they all leave within a few days of not being able to log in and play.

CCP, please, fix this.

Please.
