Possible abuse of the Kill right system

So while I went out roaming a few nights ago I came across this guy in a pod in low sec, and killed him. While submitting the kill to a kill board I saw that he was only killed while in a pod and hes not a very old character. His name is SOU1111111111 if you would like to look him up on some other killboard feel free to I will link one down below.

I believe hes being podded on purpose to assign kill rights to pilots hoping someone will pay for it. In my opinion I see this as a exploit of the system that is in place. I would like to have CCP look into this matter and see if he is abusing this system to make isk.

Well I see that as a perfectly valid business. If you don't want a killright, don't pod.

Edit, come to think of it, I might just use one of those free char slots I have and go looking for gatecamps for a little bit of residual income. Thanks for the idea.

The fact is that he is just using the character to gain money off other people and he does nothing. It is not a valid way to make money if your just going to abuse the system. The kill right system was not meant to be a tool for people to make a income off it day by day. This guy is doing nothing besides sitting afk in a pod waiting for people to kill him so he can place a kill right on them,then he will go back to where he was and repeat the processes. Thus he is not loosing anything and gaining isk for doing so.
